INCODIUM

The Incodium Project is on a mission to protect the “everyday” cryptocurrency investor as they participate in the Fintech Revolution happening worldwide. From rethinking digital wallet design to a “smart compensation” solution for victims of exchange hacking incidents -- and beyond -- the Incodium project is where security meets innovation.

Frequently Ask Questions

Is there anything like Incodium currently in the crypto market?

The short answer is no. The Incodium project offers coin + wallet utility not yet present in the crypto market. The longer answer is that there are numerous other digital wallet applications, and many exchanges possess protection for investors in case of a hacking incident. The Incodium Project provides an investor-centered suite of solutions, whereby investors can benefit from protection of their own that they can use.

Does the Incodium Project have an MVP?

Yes, Incodium is proceeding with the development of its Mobile Wallet and Smart Compensation Technology. The development of the BETA version of the Incodium Web Wallet is also in the final stages, and users can look forward to the security and compensation services on the Incodium platform.

What is "smart compensation"?

Incodium is a smart contract based compensation solution for hacking damages. As a solution for hacking, Incodium is both Reactive and Proactive. Reactive in providing compensation for damages once they occur, and proactive by providing a secured wallet, an efficient security set up, and information on hacking threat to protect coin users against hacking. Here’s how “smart compensation” works: If an INCO coin holder is the victim of a hacking incident on an exchange where INCO is listed, this investor can make a request for compensation. This compensation is based on the amount of INCO coins held in either the mobile or web Incodium Wallet App at the time of a hacking incident. Once the “smart compensation” process begins, Incodium uses smart contracts and a predetermined set of parameters to decide the exact compensation amount to be paid.

The actual compensation paid to the INCO holder will be the lowest of the three values:
i. 30 times the amount of INCO coin held by the user in the Incodium Wallet(s)
ii. The total amount of the actual damages
iii. $10,000 USD

Once the amount is determined, the holder will be sent “smart compensation” to their Incodium Wallet, in the form of INCO coin.

Does Incodium have a Whitepaper?

We are currently preparing the next version of our Whitepaper. It will be available soon. Sign up for our Email Updates to be informed when Incodium Whitepaper 2.0 is available.

Where can I buy Incodium coin?

We have been very meticulous in our choice of exchange partners, putting the interests and security concerns of current and prospective coin holders at the fore. As such, we have chosen to list INCO on BitMart and LaToken Exchanges. Both exchanges are innovative and transparent in their approaches to the cryptocurrency market. When need arises, and considering that it is in the best interest of our community, we will be listing in other exchanges in the near future.
